Three or four organic onions
Water, distilled
Cut onions and saute in a tiny amount of water until transparent.
Fold into cheesecloth or cotton towel apply to chest warm, cover with another towel to hold heat. Saute more to have ready when poultice cools. Amazingly effective for congestion, irritation, lung everything...
