Susan Powter has partnered with Oddcast to provide an avatar-centric Voki Playground in conjunction with the release of her new book, "The Politics of Stupid."
Titled Stupid Stops Here, the playground is designed for users to share their experiences with putting an end to obesity and replacing their unhealthy lifestyle habits with healthier ones all by simply following the expert advice outlined in Susan's book.
Visitors to the playground can create customizable avatars that mouth their recorded voice online. The avatars can be viewed on the SusanPowterOnline.com Voki sub-site, emailed to friends, or embedded elsewhere on the Internet on sites such as MySpace. Users are encouraged to share their stories on how they are improving wellness in their life.
The avatars come from Oddcast’s Voki platform which can analyze voice messages left by users and animate their avatars' lips accordingly. If one wishes to respond to someone’s voki, it can be done in just a click of a button within the Voki widget.
