Lisa won a free Lifestyle Exchange Program for walking around the convenience (yeah) store doing the fat formula....
What she found out is exactly what you'll find out when you do it...
One serving of this crap, not enough food to feed a gerbil (and not healthy for a gerbil) no need to wonder why millions look and feel the way they do...
Just do the fat formula and my Lifestyle Exchange Program and, you'll be one less to the slaughter...
Susan, here are some items I did the fat formula on...
chocolate milk 34% fat, chocolate covered cherries 34% fat, plain doughnut 51% fat while a chocolate covered doughnut is 59% fat, a kit kat bar is 47% fat, whole milk is 48% fat, mild chedder cheese dip 70% fat, regular chips 60% fat, Nestle carmel crunch bar 45% fat, Ferrero Rondnori (pkg of 3) 56% fat, mini charlston chews 20% fat, small box of JR. mints 18%...
And don't (ever) forget that's one serving and who the hell has one serving of any of this junk, double and triple the fat intake for most....
