Susan, before you really got PERFECT at all you did to move and eat, did you fall off the band wagon? Did you ever just have a day or week where you ate garbage and didn’t exercise? How did you get going again?

I stumbled upon your site a few days ago.  There are no accidents.. Found out today I have cancer ovaries and it might have spread..more test.  I once was healthy and loving life like you. now fifty lbs over and have cancer.

I never dieted or excercised til you.I lost 70lbs. Then got lazy. Had gastricbypass and that was a disaster.It’s too long a story.I am 49 but feel like 89.I don’t talk to ANYONE about this. I am scared. Don’t know where or how to begin again.
