Tried your mango rice, love it! Super easy! Even gave it to my 4 year old, he ate it up. Why do parents think that young kids wont eat healthy food?  It’s a mind set, huh? Your recipes are keeping families healthy, not just individuals. Keep it up!

I am here looking at a change in lifestyle needed in order to become fit and healthy. I know there is no easy road but it can be discouraging to see the length of the uphill trip ahead. i have so much weight to loose, yet all the more to gain in life

I was wondering what you thought about cleansing?  Do you do that?
I heard you can lose up to 13 lbs doing it but I also heard its drinking liquid
for a few days and thats not eating to me.

Susan,12 years ago I lost 80lbs with Stop the Insanity, Low fat food and exercise. It and you changed my life. I kept it off for 5 years and slowly put it back on. I am now at a point where I hate what I look like and long to look the way I did. HELP

Lost 55lbs fourteen years ago with your tapes. Ancient VCR ate them.

Hi Susan, I am so glad to find you again..I am 47, Mom (2 grown sons) and 6 grandbabies..I am coming out of a bad marriage (13 years) gained over 100lbs..Starting over, in college.What do I do to feel pretty again while losing the weight??
