Cut up huge chunks of organic sweet potatoes
I make tons at once because they are soooo good

Cover a few inches with water
Throw in some organic maple syrup
If you'd like


Bring to high pressure
For a minute or two
Take down to medium pressure
And cook
For...

Five
Six
Ten minutes...depending on the size you cut and amount you are cooking and....

Turn off
Let them pressure down

Drain water and...

I add a bit more maple syrup
A bit (tablespoon?) of soy cream cheese
And
A tiny bit of brown sugar
And whip the hell out of them..

As in whipped...

Not much tastes better and I eat it for days...
One of my favorite breakfasts is...
Whipped sweet potatoes....

Bingo...

Enjoy!

Sugar
Flour....

Imbalances
Creates the swings..

Whole foods
Movement

Balances...

The less you do of the "imbalancers"
The more you live in the balancing

A whole lot goes out the window
Watch...

Meantime,
The best way to avoid "binging"
Is to be full
Full of whole real foods....

And stay in the moment
Today was better
And
Tomorrow will be even better...

No worry
