Susan, you just gave me an AHA moment with this blog! Why wouldn't you want to life your life intentionally at every moment? Media had made me feel degraded for being 20lb overweight. Thanks to you, Susan, for the past mo, I've felt worthy!

Wonderful...as I will say "no" tomorrow when offered nutrition-less cake at a party - for my "intention" will be a conscious choice for my life - not a deprivation or loss - but a real gain. Perception of the action is everything.
