I'm Jayne from Indiana. I found your site in Dec/07 It felt like home,but what is right and true tends to feel that way.Susan blogged to all 288lbs of me.. and the journey began. Surgery halted my movement but not my spirit and here we go again.

I am so happy to have found this site last night.i have just managed the first yoga move.I hope to complete the second soon.I'm a bit puffed out and know i shouldn't be!Here's to the change in me! Thankyou Susan xx
