omg. best.vid.ever!
my sis always tells me eating healthy/organic is 2 expensive. then i scream - you pay $20 for one meal at mcd's!! double that at a restaurant!! susan-have u always been a good cook and had meal ideas just come 2 u? |

Thats great!! Thats the hardest part for me is to have good food at hand!and then how to prepare it other then eat it out of the can? we have grown up in the drive threw! great video! love susan!!!

Just wanted to let you know that as I rolled over in bed last night, I said to myself Eat Breathe Move Think. Worked out yesterday, turned down a beer & a smoke at dinner w a friend last night. Ate healthy this morning. Continuing to EBMT, love.

1: Susan, I'm so with you on this...I *love* taking good food with me when I travel. I recognise that feeling of wanting to "dump the baggage" when you're lugging all that food around

Great video! Consider going pro and also coming out with a follow-up to, C'mon America, Let's Eat! which I just got. Disappointed that I couldn't find the lentil loaf recipe you mention on page 145 of STI. BTW, the lbs are coming off! Thank you s

OMG so true! Where do you find good food nowadays? Sure healthy is pasted on EVERYTHING but only about 3% actually is. Best investment i ever made...soft sided insulated cooler. Bring it!
