I NEED TECH HELP! Can someone tell me how to make the screen larger? When I click on the small screen at bottom rt corner, nothing happens. I clicked on teh words blip.tv and it took me to a site..Help!

VikingLady, if you go to this blog on http://www.blip.tv (search - Susan Powter strength) you should be able to use the full-screen toggle to make it larger.

Yay!! endurance strength training.
I'm thrilled that you ARE really doing this, and I WILL be doing this with you every morning.
It's exciting to wake up to a new exercise every morning.

Nick, it depends what level of fitness you're at, but if can modify and do a 30-min workout session per day, that would be fabulous. If you're completely new to it, a brisk 20 min walk, plus Susan's workout on here, and you are FLYING!

Afternoon peeps! Another great segment this morning. Nick, I think you can do whatever you feel like doing. I've been adding on the new move each morning, still doing the previous days, kind of like a puzzle.

This is great! I love Susan's realness. Adding a few at a time is marvelous. I get easily overwhelmed with alot of workout vids. These are just perfect. Get one down and go on to the next. Thanks Susan!

they'll be a blank window (next to it says Grab It) in this window cut and paste the URL of the susan powter you found on the bliptv page then click GRAB IT. wait a little bit. it will say Download it Now Click on that. [continue]

I download the FLV version because I have an FLV player to play it with. alot of people use MOV players so the would click the MOV one to download. you can however search the internet I find alot of things at http://www.isohunt.com but theirs other sites to
