OMG...I feel so totally blessed to find you once again. I have been a HUGE fan since the 90's with your show. I didn't had a weight problem up until 6yrs ago when I gained 40lbs. I'm lost & you are my salvation! THANK YOU BEAUTIFUL SUSAN! |

2 things..I did NOT expect to be this sore, i excercise but umm obviously not all these new muscles i musta just formed lol and 2, dam it feels good to be so sore, thank you Susan, your seriously a woman I look up to and think your a wonderful soul!

Oh yes, i told my mom to take me to the whole foods store tomorrow, where we will replace poison with healthy and whole foods; Last time I went there I was a toddler...It's time to catch up on old times don't you think.

Thank you...I have to say you are truly captivating! I have started my exercise program at the gym with my trainer (I need accountability)...No weight loss after 6 weeks, but increased stamina and strength!!
