so right susan!!! every time I get going on a daily wellness goals and I am doing great then get on a scale!!
THATS IT!! DEPRESSION! DEFEAT!

my doctor told me scales are the reason people starve themself! it was a need to see that number.

you prepare it? Any recipes? I sauteed
mine w/olive oil,mushrooms,green onion,
over sweet potatoe- what beautiful colrs. My 2 boys 6/12 even tried it and
liked it.
