I smoke! After 4 days of working out with U i noticed I'm smoking half.(without trying)
don't want to sit and smoke, I want to move and breathe in cleaner air and I am. Didn't expect this! Wow! Thank you. |

Hey, I smoke too. Same thing is happening.
Along with better sleep, love the move with attitude mantra in my head, that trickles into all my thinking. This is more than yoga. Susan, you are the best! Hope you infiltrate the whole country! |
