I smoke! After 4 days of working out with U i noticed I'm smoking half.(without trying)
don't want to sit and smoke, I want to move and breathe in cleaner air and I am. Didn't expect this! Wow! Thank you.

Hey, I smoke too. Same thing is happening.
Along with better sleep, love the move with attitude mantra in my head, that trickles into all my thinking. This is more than yoga.
