Well, dammit! There you go again! In my late 20's you led me to the truth and an ability to maintain a healthy weight at that age. How did you know I got lost and needed you again? Life happened...two babies, three dogs, and graduate school.

Enter soda, chips, and too many desserts, add 30 pounds, despite loving exercise. Thank God Rosie's site sent me your way. I loved you then and I love you now. I'm back to the basics, I forgot the simple joy of eat, breathe and move.

You're reaching so many who might not otherwise be reached. You're motivating many to move regularly, eat well and take care of themselves, including me. I haven't eaten crap in over 3 weeks and for me that is huge. You motivate me everyday.

Ms. Powter,
God bless you! I've been living with severe PSTD for nearly two years; virtually, unable, to leave my house, or move. The doctors tell me to move, but, It's not that easy. So, thank you for showing me how. Love, Nina |

I am so ridiculously bummed that I have missed two days of workout because of a badly sprained foot. I can hardly put any amount of pressure on it.

Tricia - No need to miss a day! Bad foot - no problem. Sit in a chair and do as much of the workout as you can. MODIFY...MODIFY...MODIFY.....Try and do something EVERY DAY!!!! You CAN do this!!!!!!!! EAT, MOVE, BREATH, THINK....every day!!
