fresh fruit and veggies, beans, legumes, nuts, etc. Since I have a lot to lose I keep my daily fat intake in the 10-20% range. (In case you don’t know Total Fat Grams X 9 /Total Calories gives you the % of fat). Susan has recipes on this site. I use
