Yogi just doesn't get it...but we do. Movement is freeing me in a way I can't even describe. I'm finding myself a little depressed today...when I think of the time I've wasted. Mourning the inactivity with my kids when they were little....

....BUT mostly I'm celebrating my new active life. EBMT bleeds into all areas of my life...my husband is loving it, my kids are loving it, and my work production is through the roof. What a blessing.

Mr. Oz, we regular folks dont have incredible bodies. We aspire to be healthy, alive and happy. Yoga is not about incredible bodies. It is about incredible and peaceful and calm minds who live healthy and fruitful lives filled with joy and happiness!

Believe me, yoga can be about incredible bodies...everyone's incredible body, a gift wherever it's at, and yoga (or any movement) nourishing it with oxygen and strength...Susan is living proof that what she's doing WORKS, and so are many of us here!

Voice of Reason...I'm intrigued as to how you know that Susan is sipping coffee...She may be sipping something else...and even if she is, sipping coffee and MOVING is better than sipping coffee and NOT. Thank goodness I stopped listening to

so-called "voices of reason" years ago, and started listening to voices of TRUTH (like Susan's). That's what's made the difference. Give me Powter Yoga anyday!

I love how these last 2 ended with us hanging ........ first one it took me a bit to realise it was done ...lol there I was hanging shaking out and hanging before I looked up at screen ...

It's working! The breakroom only needs red paint,4 now, we're lovin this!
