Aside from the sheer pleasure of seeing you "live",what a relief to hear a different plan other than DIET! WELLNESS. That's what I want to hear all about. You make us think like no one. To see you is proof enough for me.

hello Susan..nice 2 have found u again!u go girl..I have 8 children and 14 grandchildren..I am 66..I have found that eating 4 your bloodtype has helped me ..lose weight..feel better..google about it..I have blogged Rosie about this..but no answer..she helped me find u again..my children are all multiculteral(afro american)my eldest is 49 so I have been fighting the good fight for a long time..u r great!!looking forward to everyday with u...Ani
