A friend's father had an 8 way heart bypass. He raises his own cattle, just a few for family consumption. Docs said he could eat his OWN naturally raised, pasture fed beef twice a week. Others? NEVER! Interesting.

I agree with Lemon Deb...you looked simply lovely today! I agree also about the beef tragedy. I actually I thought you were a vegitarian and was caught off guard with your receipes that included beef?? Big fan...happy you are back. |
