Who needs footage? Your descriptions bring the recipes to life...sounds delicious. Like the "observing" attitude, too. Have you read Byron Katie's "Loving What Is"? Talk about being in the moment. Highly recommended to thinking people who know

Understand!! went to pick up my wedding photos and video,told me they lost them but offered free film!!! 16 years later,divorced,saved me from now burning them!..A SIGN!!

What a nice surprise to find you here, Susan. You know, you were my total inspiration in the 90's and I still do your videos. I lost a lot of weight in the 90's. I would like to find that shape again.

Have you read "YOU: The Owner’s Manual" by Mehmet C. Oz MD. a surgeon often on Oprah & shows U what a fatty lung or heart looks like etc. It really makes U wana exercise. SUSAN love your recipe can't eat mangos could i substitute for peach? ♥ mel
