Susan, I am terribly sorry about your friend. The process of death and losing someone you love is never easy.

I understand, When my 3rd child was stillborn, her death- inspired me to live and to become fit. I knew I had to kive life in her honor, to be well for me, my two children that live and for the love of my life. I mourned by living because I can.
