Susan - I totally agree with your take on the RR and other shows that " parade " the hundred plus pound loss stories on the air EVERY DAY. Yay for those women, but they leave me cold. It also makes me feel defeated, not inspired.

From what you describe, this is all the more reason to keep on keepin' on..getting the message out there.
There will always be quick weight-loss "solutions" that aren't solutions at all. In the meantime, with our attention diverted..crap happens! |
