Yes, Yes, Taco info tonight, I'll be there, I'm cardioing 6 days, weights with trainer at the gym 2 days-45 mins, buying lots of organic, juicing, struggling with food choices and good recipes, took my measurements,no shrinking yet, but stronger! XX

Susan I did the fat formula on a cpl of items at work. Campbells Chicken Noodle soup is 20% fat and Progresso Low Sodium Chicken Noodle soup is 8% fat.

When painting can't be done what about hanging {Pinning} a Backdrop behind you, a tye dyed sheet, a funky towel ... just a thought ... PS the Show was fantastic - Hope your mouth feels better soon!!!!

Ah, menopause. Remember it well. The nightgowns That I ripped from my body. The heat in my gut that traveled to my neck and head with lightening speed. Combustion! The thermostats that had to be replaced from over use. I feel for you Susan!
