thank you - as your videos increase my time doing it increases and length increases. I am 45, 200+, 5ft4 - very discouraged - these stretching videos feel good and encourage me, please do not stop.

Hi Susan, I have to say, 30 years ago I did Yoga at the YWCA, and it was beautiful, I loved it! Then I got sick, and now I am much better, and I do love your Yoga, it helps me so much, Thank you so much! Lots of Love, Jackie xo
