you are right, i have absolutely no idea what to do with all of that. that is half the battle huh? I know you have a few Recipe/Cook books out there ....

I have become a Leek fanatic since you've come into my life again. Had never bought or cooked one before then. Now it's leek w/brown rice, leek w/lentils, leek in soup.... leek and potato soup for Sunday supper tomorrow. Thanks Susan.
