I am so happy to see you back in the game. The age I am is 70 and I am training with a trainer and getting my balance and health back. Exercise is a wonder all in itself, your body just thrives on it. I used your step in the 90s.

Thank you for being such an inspiration. I've been changing my diet and doing the workouts and I've lost 4lbs in 2wks. 26 more to go. I check your blog numerous times during the day and it gives me the strength & desire to keep on going. |

Signed up for the newsletter. Very excited about that. Have been working out every day. 6 weeks into the journey to a new me and I have pulled a few things out of the closet that I had stopped wearing because the where too tight.

Feels good to put them on. Down 23lbs at this point and off my type II diabetes meds completely. Blood sugar is staying stable!. How is everyone else doing? We can do this! Check in everyone!
