Tricia, YAY for you!!! I am putting myself on my priority list this year too. I've spent too much time taking care of everyone else and neglecting me. This is my year.

Susan, again, a huge thank you.

I've been a fan since the late night info-mercials.

I love that you keep finding ways to connect with us all and bring us your message.

The yoga feels great. My body needs to stretch and breathe.

A strong and healthy 2008 to everyone.

Yes, it is good to see you back Susan. I separated a bone in my foot 18 months ago. Casts and reconstructive surgeries.. No more running and walking for a long time, but I can do this yoga! Good to see you back..very good....

Sorry Yogi, but that's precisely the kind of non-thinking that keeps millions of people from taking the first steps to getting fit. Start where you are, modify always, move forwards. Susan's approach introduces so many more people to wellness and

Yogi, please. I've been doing yoga since 1991. This may not be your kind of yoga, doesn't mean it isn't yoga. The point is getting people to move and oxygenate and take care of themselves.

If you don't like it, don't watch. Simple.

Well posting to these comments from a friend as I have been banned. You need to learn the basics, no matter what style. I am one of you. Was 60 pounds overweight going to hell. Yoga has changed my life, but there is a process. This is not the process
