I've been a fan since the late night info-mercials.

Yes, it is good to see you back Susan. I separated a bone in my foot 18 months ago. Casts and reconstructive surgeries.. No more running and walking for a long time, but I can do this yoga! Good to see you back..very good....

Yogi, please. I've been doing yoga since 1991. This may not be your kind of yoga, doesn't mean it isn't yoga. The point is getting people to move and oxygenate and take care of themselves.
If you don't like it, don't watch. Simple. |
