Sent by fabulous Utah Walking Woman, after last night's conversation, what a show!

According to a local middle school's health class below are the 6 basic things that the body needs to function and, the foods that supply those needs....

MINERALS
table salt, shellfish, milk

CARBS
bread, rolls, macaroni, cereal

PROTEIN
steak, roast beef, eggs, turkey, mayonnaise, salad dressing

VITAMINS
cabbage, pork chops, lettuce, tomato, grapefruit, broccoli, spinach, lemon, carrot

WATER
crushed ice
ice cubes
natural spring water
tap water

FATS
margarine
oil
butter

Is there any wonder what the problem is?

As always, loved the show, love the blogtalkradioheads and, till next Tuesday...
