Miss me, I do - not me you but, the last three days - an early b-day present, days with what is most precious to me, my children all together the gift and, you'll see it all, where I've been for the last couple of days now, leek and white bean soup and, the last of the stunnig light show, fall....



Saute onions, garlic, leeks, salt, pepper...
Add your favorite bouillon, or two...
Optional, soy bacon...
Saute...
Add drained white beans...
A splash of soy sauce...
Saute and Smell it...
Cover an inch or two with water...
Lock on your pressure cooker top and...
Bring to high pressure for, A minute or two and...
Bring to medium pressure for...
45 minutes, give or take a minute or two and...
Turn it off....
Bring pressure down...
Get your scallions ready to sprinkle on top and..
Enjoy...
